This goes great with chicken but can be used for
other meats also
Ingredients
½ cup coarsely grated ginger
1 tblsp chopped garlic
½ cup hoisin sauce
2 tblsp soy sauce
2 tblsp brown sugar (less if you don’t have a sweet tooth)
¼ cup of water
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and put into a large
zipper bag along with the meat of your choice.
I often marinade chicken for 2 days and pork and
steak for longer.
