Serves 2
4oz Mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
thinly
Approx 3 Pak Choy cut in half
Soy sauce
Salt to taste
1tbsp oil
Finely chopped ginger
1 clove of Garlic
1 -2 Spring onions finely chopped
Firstly put the oil into a wok and when hot add ginger, garlic and spring
onions.
Add the pak choys stirring frequently.
Add salt, mushrooms, soy sauce and mix.
Serve hot
