For all us sad people who live in Saudi Arabia this is something we long for on trips out of Kingdom, unless like me you manage to �smuggle� some �oink� back.
Ingredients:
Pork Loin chops although it would work with
gammon steaks
2 tsps English mustard
8 oz Bramley apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
3 oz Cheddar cheese or your preference
1 tsp Dried sage
Salt & Pepper
Place chops under the grill seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 � 15 minutes or until cooked.
Thinly spread a little mustard onto the chops (or if like Geoff you love mustard then spread a large dollop)
Heap apples, cheese and sage on the top and return to the grill until the topping is golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables of you choice.
