Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 pounds of large shrimps, peeled
1 Large garlic clove
1tbsp coarsely ground salt
1/2tsp Cayenne pepper
1tsp Paprika
2tbsp Olive oil
2tsp Lemon juice
Lemon wedges
Preheat barbeque or grill
Mince garlic with the salt. Transfer to a small bowl.
Stir in cayenne and paprika. Add olive oil and lemon juice and mix
together to form a paste.
Rub the paste over the shrimps
Grill the shrimps on the barbeque or under the grill for 2 -3 minutes per
side.
Serve with lemon wedges.
