Teriyaki Marinade

Depending on how much meat you are marinating use the following:

¼ Bottle of Commercial teriyaki marinade from a decent supermarket.
1 tblsp of olive oil
1 tblsp of Soy sauce
Garlic to taste
Chopped ginger to taste
Fresh herbs such as coriander or dried (can change to suit)
Pinch of sugar or if you prefer honey
Seasoning

Whisk all together and put into a ziplock bag with steak or meat of choosing.

I usually leave meat in marinade for a few days. When the meat is taken out and used you can freeze the marinade and use again later.

I usually give it the taste test with my finger and adjust as necessary.

Hope it works ok for you and you enjoy your steak. We find that tenderloin is a nicer texture but works with any meat especially pork!
