1lb Beef MARINADE 1tbsp Chilli sauce |

Mix all marinade ingredients together Cut beef into matchstick strips and put into the marinade for 30mins De-seed the peppers and cut into similar size pieces as the beef Set wok to 420F/215C heat the oil and fry garlic for 30secs Add the peppers and the beef and fry for a further 2 mins Test for seasoning and serve |
