Yorkshire Puddings

4oz Plain Flour (Very Important!!! 'All Purpose' flour will not do)
4 Eggs beaten
7 fl oz milk
Salt and pepper
Dash of malt vinegar (helps crisp puddings)
Oil for dishes

Put everything into Liquidizer and whiz up. Then put the batter into the fridge for a few hours before cooking. Just before cooking give the mix a gentle stir with a fork.

Pre heat the oven to 450 degs. Put oil into the trays and heat on the top shelf until very hot - Oil should be starting to smoke!

Pour the batter into the hot trays until it comes halfway up the sides.

Bake in the oven for approx 20 minutes until well-risen, crisp and golden brown.

Any leftovers can be frozen. To re heat take directly from the freezer and put into a warm oven for 5 mins until thawed out and warm.
