Preheat Oven to 180ºC or 350ºF or gas mark 4. Place peeled and chopped apples in greased over-proof dish with sugar. Mix flour and oats then rub in margarine. Add demerara sugar and spread mixture over fruit. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Serve with custard, cream or Greek yoghurt. |
