Garden Stuffed Mushrooms


1/2 cup dried, herb seasoning stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
pinch of pepper
2 tblsp finely chopped onion
16 large mushrooms

Heat oven to 350F (180C).

In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients
together except mushrooms.

Remove mushroom stems, then stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tablespoon of filling.

Place in a buttered 13x9-inch baking pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
