450 g/1 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks |
Heat the butter in a large casserole and add the spices. Cook for a minute on high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes at medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add the spinach during the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the lemon juice and salt to taste. |
