Add the onion, turmeric, coriander and cinnamon and cook for 2mins on high Stir in the flour and add the chicken, cardamoms and bay leaf Pour over the stock and the lemon juice and stir well Cover and cook for 20mins or until the chicken is tender stirring frequently Remove the bay leaf and stir in the yogurt and cashews Simmer for a few more mins then serve SERVES 4 - 6 |
