Crispy Vegetables


3 cups fresh vegetables (peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
Ghee for deep frying
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Salt to taste

Make a batter by mixing the flour, cornflour, pepper, sesame seeds and salt with enough water to make a thick batter for coating vegetables.

Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Drain and serve with chutneys and dips.
