Bailey's Irish Cream


6 Galaxy bars (standard size - 50 grams) or 2 x 150 gram bars
2 Medium tins condensed milk (397 grams)
1 Large tin evaporated milk (410 grams)
1 ltr carton vanilla ice cream - defrosted
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp coffee - dissolved in a cup of hot water)
3 cups cut sadiqi (or vodka)

Melt galaxy bars in saucepan, adding condensed milk as it melts, keep stirring. When completely melted, start adding the rest of the ingredients apart from the sadiqi, transferring to a larger saucepan.

Liquidise to eliminate any lumps, and then add the cut sadiqi
