Olive Bread


250 g bakers flour
7 g dry yeast
50 g olives
0.75 tspn salt
180 - 200 ml water
3 Tblspn Olive oil
1 heaped Tblspn dried herbs

Place ingredients in the breadmaker, to mix ingredients. Remove after rising and shape as desired. Allow to rise again for 5 - 20 minutes (depending if you want flat as in foccacia, or risen bread), and bake.
