Grainy Dijon Mustard Bread


2 cups lukewarm water
1 tspn sugar
7 g yeast
2 Tblspn grainy dijon mustard
3 cups bread flour, wholemeal, or white
1 knob butter
2 tspn bread improver
1 cup grated mature cheese
1 tspn salt

Add to the breadmaker.

Bake in the breadmaker, or after kneading and rising, shape into a round loaf and place on baking sheet. Allow to rise for 45 minutes and then bake for 30 minutes at 210 degrees celsius.
