3.5 cups bakers flour
4 tspns dry yeast
0.5 cup tepid water
1 cup tepid water
a pinch of salt

Put the ingredients into the bread maker on the dough only setting, allow to knead and rise.

Rest for 15 minutes after the breadmaker has finished its cycle.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Turn the dough onto a floured board and knead lightly incorporating a little more flour.

Shape the dough as desired, and leave to rest for 15 - 30 minutes until risen.

Place the dough onto a preheated oven tray. Bake for around 45 minutes until cooked.

Allow to cool on a rack.
