Stuffed Eggs


6 Eggs, hard boiled
3oz Soft cheese with garlic and herbs. You can also use Philadelphia and add own seasoning
3tbsp Single cream
1tbsp Chopped fresh chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Sliced stone black/green olives and chives to garnish

Drain eggs and place under cold running water until cool. Half lengthwise.

Remove yolks from the eggs and out into a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the cheese, cream and chives and mix well until smooth.

Season with the salt and pepper.

Spoon or pipe into egg whites and serve garnished with sliced olives and sprigs of chives.

Looks most attractive served on a dark coloured plate
