Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms


1 lb hot mexican sausages
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 lbs large mushrooms

Grind the sausage up and mix with the soy sauce and garlic.

Stuff mushrooms.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
