Mushrooms in Cream


1 lb mushrooms
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt

Chop the mushrooms into halves or quarters.

Warm the cream in a small pan.

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan. Add the chopped garlic cloves to the butter. Add mushrooms and cook for about 2 min, until
brown.

Add the warmed cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cook for about 5 more min, then add 1/2 cup chopped cilantro.

Serve on hot buttered French bread
