Select large, firm mushrooms with the underside still tightly closed. Wash in cold water and dry. Remove stems and set aside. Mix all the ingredients except the parmesan. Fill prepared mushroom caps. Sprinkle with parmesan and grill 6-8 inches from heating element. |
