Combine spring onions and margarine in a bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir in crabmeat, parsley, horseradish, garlic and pepper sauce. Stir well. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and discard (or save for another dish. Place the mushrooms on a plate. Fill each mushroom cap with 1 tsp crab mixture. Microwave on High for 3-4 minutes. Remove mushrooms to serving plate. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. To garnish, sprinkle with ground red pepper. |
