Puree onion in a food processor. Lightly saute the onion in oil in a large frying pan. Peel and trim mushrooms and slice finely. Add mushroom to onion, sprinkle with seasoning and lemon juice. Cook gently for about 5 minutes. Lightly stir in soured cream. Adjust seasoning to taste. Cook for about 2 more minutes. Serve garnished with sprigs of parsley. |
