Pork & Apple Chops

For all us sad people who live in Saudi Arabia this is something we long for on trips out of Kingdom, unless like me you manage to ?smuggle? some ?oink? back.

Pork Loin chops although it would work with gammon steaks
2 tsps English mustard
8 oz Bramley apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
3 oz Cheddar cheese or your preference
1 tsp Dried sage
Salt & Pepper

Place chops under the grill seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 ? 15 minutes or until cooked.

Thinly spread a little mustard onto the chops (or if like Geoff you love mustard then spread a large dollop)

Heap apples, cheese and sage on the top and return to the grill until the topping is golden brown.

Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables of you choice.
