Lemon BBQ Marinade Recipe


1/2 cup lemon juice ( use a mixture of lemon & lime juice)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 Clove of garlic
1/2 tsp Thyme leaves (or dried Thyme)
4 tsps Finely chopped onion

Mix ingredients together in a ziplock bag and add the meat.

Store in the fridge until ready to cook.
