Depending on how much meat you are marinating use the following: 1/4 Bottle of Commercial teriyaki marinade from a decent supermarket. |
Whisk all together and put into a ziplock bag with steak or meat of choosing. I usually leave meat in marinade for a few days. When the meat is taken out and used you can freeze the marinade and use again later. I usually give it the taste test with my finger and adjust as necessary. Hope it works ok for you and you enjoy your steak. We find that tenderloin is a nicer texture but works with any meat especially pork! |
